The new bed arrives

Oh my god. How did I end up feeling SO hungover?

The phone rang and it was the delivery guy with my bed. He said he'd be there in about half an hour. What a relief as I was worried it wouldn't get here in time for me to leave for the rehearsal filming of 'It Pays To Watch' where Martin Lewis is finding me the best value gym membership on the show.

Guy from the show called as well to ask if I could bring along my gym kit as well just in case they decided to go with that look.

The guys from the bed company turned up. Neither of them were good looking which was a shame. They brought the bed up and I tried to look human despite feeling so rough. Of course I'd left the green cover (that I had to put the mattress in before collection) at Clive's and the guys refused to take the mattress away without it on. But as the new mattress had come in a plastic cover they agreed to use that instead. Thank god.

It was all packed up and needed me to build it but there was no way that was going to happen with the way I felt. I went back to sleep on the sofa for a bit and then threw myself out into the shower. I got dressed and eventually headed out for the filming. I'll build the bed later on when I get home after the show. It's quite exciting though to see the bedroom without that nasty old bed that's been there for 15 years.
